In September this year Christies in London held the auction Post-War to Present, which included the work The Far Side of a Thought by Perle Fine. The »bidding war« ended at USD 50,400.00 (€ 47,619.05), 44% above the upper estimate. With this result, The Far Side of a Thought is even the most expensive work of art by Perle Fine that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im September diesen Jahres führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War to Present durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Far Side of a Thought von Perle Fine zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 50.400,00 (€ 47.619,05) und damit 44% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist The Far Side of a Thought sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Perle Fine, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
