Auction result well in line with expectations
In March this year Christies in London held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art Day and Works on Paper Sale, which included the work Le minotaure amirale by Óscar Domínguez. The price achieved of GBP 52,920.00 (€ 60,206.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 40,000.00 – 70,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Óscar Domínguez achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Toro Y Torero (Composition Au Taureau) in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 1,805,000.00 (€ 2,488,826.92).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März diesen Jahres führte Christies in London die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art Day and Works on Paper Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le minotaure amirale von Óscar Domínguez zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 52.920,00 (€ 60.206,72) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 40.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Óscar Domínguez erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Toro Y Torero (Composition Au Taureau) im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.805.000,00 (€ 2.488.826,92).
