The work Arcana by María Luisa Pacheco was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in May 2019. It achieved a price of USD 30,000.00 (€ 26,908.24), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by María Luisa Pacheco; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Lipari sold at auction in November 2019 with the realized price of USD 40,000.00 (€ 36,300.93).
