The result of USD 5,000.00 (€ 3,717.75) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lowell Nesbitt - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work White Electric Daffodil, which sold at auction in September 2008 for USD 18,750.00 (€ 13,315.82).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 5.000,00 (€ 3.717,75) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Lowell Nesbitt mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit White Electric Daffodil beobachtet, die im September 2008 für USD 18.750,00 (€ 13.315,82) versteigert wurde.
