The work Berenar a les roques by Joan Miró was sold in the Modern auction at VAN HAM in May 2019. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 10,320.00 72% above the estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joan Miró achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Peinture (Étoile Bleue) in June 2012 with an auction result of GBP 23,561,250.00 (€ 29,174,436.97).

Die Arbeit Berenar a les roques von Joan Miró wurde im Mai 2019 in der Auktion Modern bei VAN HAM versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 10.320,00 und damit 72% über dem Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Joan Miró erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Peinture (Étoile Bleue) im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 23.561.250,00 (€ 29.174.436,97).
