In June 2018 Grisebach held the auction Frühjahrsauktionen 2018 - Third Floor, which included the work Porträt Paul Samson-Körner. by Jakob Steinhardt. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,125.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jakob Steinhardt achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Flood in June 2010 with an auction result of GBP 55,250.00 (€ 67,189.14).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2018 führte Grisebach die Auktion Frühjahrsauktionen 2018 - Third Floor durch, in der auch die Arbeit Porträt Paul Samson-Körner. von Jakob Steinhardt zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.125,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jakob Steinhardt erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Flood im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 55.250,00 (€ 67.189,14).
