Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2021 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Glenn Brown for GBP 693.00 (€ 783.69). This price was achieved in the auction Evening & Day Editions at Phillips in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Glenn Brown achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Tragic Conversion Of Salvador Dalí (After John Martin) in June 2012 with an auction result of GBP 5,193,250.00 (€ 6,430,479.91).
