all 4 x 2 5/8 x 2 5/8 in. (10.2 x 6.7 x 6.7 cm)
box 4 3/4 x 15 3/4 x 6 1/4 in. (12.1 x 40 x 15.9 cm)
All signed with initials and numbered 22/40 in black ink on the labels (there were also 3 artist's proofs), published by Electric Works, San Francisco.
