In the Contemporary Art Online | New York auction, the work Euripedes after de Chirico Obscured by Flowers No. IV changed hands for USD 15,120.00 (€ 12,744.44) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Elliott Hundley have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landslide in September 2012 with an auction result of USD 158,500.00 (€ 123,288.74).
