Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Lure, 2007 by Elliott Hundley was auctioned at Bonhams in April this year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 7,012.50 (€ 6,351.90). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Elliott Hundley achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landslide in September 2012 with an auction result of USD 158,500.00 (€ 123,288.74).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Lure, 2007 von Elliott Hundley kam im April diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 7.012,50 (€ 6.351,90) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Elliott Hundley erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landslide im September 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 158.500,00 (€ 123.288,74).
