Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2021 Sothebys in New York held the auction Contemporary Day Auction, which included the work Pintura Generativa, Tema para cibernética 1 by Eduardo MacEntyre. Here, the upper estimate of USD 35,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 37,800.00 (€ 33,489.86). Other works by Eduardo MacEntyre have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 50,000.00 (€ 40,199.39) in November 2014 for the work Pintura Generativa (Desarrollo De Un Tema Circular).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Contemporary Day Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pintura Generativa, Tema para cibernética 1 von Eduardo MacEntyre zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 35.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 37.800,00 (€ 33.489,86) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Eduardo MacEntyre haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 40.199,39) im November 2014 für die Arbeit Pintura Generativa (Desarrollo De Un Tema Circular) beobachtet.
