Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2013 Christies in New York held the auction First Open, which included the work Untitled, Waltz Paintings by Daniel Hesidence. Here, the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 8,750.00 (€ 6,464.72). Admittedly, works by Daniel Hesidence have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 74,500.00 (€ 51,822.48).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2013 führte Christies in New York die Auktion First Open durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled, Waltz Paintings von Daniel Hesidence zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 8.750,00 (€ 6.464,72) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Daniel Hesidence auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 74.500,00 (€ 51.822,48).
