It achieved a price of USD 10,000.00 (€ 7,388.25), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Admittedly, works by Daniel Hesidence have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 74,500.00 (€ 51,822.48).

Die Arbeit Untitled, Waltz Paintings von Daniel Hesidence wurde im September 2013 in der Auktion First Open bei Christies in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 7.388,25) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Daniel Hesidence auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 74.500,00 (€ 51.822,48).
