Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled (Bear) by Charles LeDray was auctioned at Phillips in New York in May 2007. It achieved a price of USD 14,400.00 (€ 10,703.93), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charles LeDray achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Promised Land in November 2011 with an auction result of USD 182,500.00 (€ 135,657.47).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Bear) von Charles LeDray kam im Mai 2007 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 14.400,00 (€ 10.703,93) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Charles LeDray erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Promised Land im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 182.500,00 (€ 135.657,47).
