Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Fall 2009 (Andrea And Flowers In Patty'S Gazebo, 2 Color Flower Print, Finished Wall In La House 1, Flowers On Walk With Andrea/Terry/Cindy 1, P. 58) by Brendan Fowler was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2014, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for USD 17,500.00 (€ 13,858.09) Other works by Brendan Fowler have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in May 2014 by the work Spring 2011 (½ X ½" Clear Pine Molding Inside Of The Car W/Show Card Black Mirror 2, Phil Loading Truck, Mirror In Miami) at USD 34,375.00 (€ 25,201.61).

Als die Arbeit Fall 2009 (Andrea And Flowers In Patty'S Gazebo, 2 Color Flower Print, Finished Wall In La House 1, Flowers On Walk With Andrea/Terry/Cindy 1, P. 58) von Brendan Fowler im September 2014 bei Sothebys in New York versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus.
