Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Selbstportrait by Arthur Segal was auctioned at Christies in London in March this year. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,560.00 (€ 8,600.96) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arthur Segal achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work „Selbstporträt“. in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 375,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Selbstportrait von Arthur Segal kam im März diesen Jahres bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.560,00 (€ 8.600,96) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Arthur Segal erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit „Selbstporträt“. im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 375.000,00.
