Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art Day Sale, which included the work Mensch, Pferd, Wagen (Man, horse, wagon) by Arthur Segal. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 34,020.00 (€ 39,642.14). Admittedly, works by Arthur Segal have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work „Selbstporträt“. in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 375,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mensch, Pferd, Wagen (Man, horse, wagon) von Arthur Segal zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 34.020,00 (€ 39.642,14) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Arthur Segal auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit „Selbstporträt“. im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 375.000,00.
