The work Die Lastträgerinnen by Arthur Segal was sold in the Impressionist and Modern Art Day and Works on Paper Sale auction at Christies in London in March 2021. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 137,500.00 (€ 161,527.08), 72% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arthur Segal - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work „Selbstporträt“., which sold at auction in June 2021 for EUR 375,000.00.

Die Arbeit Die Lastträgerinnen von Arthur Segal wurde im März 2021 in der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art Day and Works on Paper Sale bei Christies in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 137.500,00 (€ 161.527,08) und damit 72% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Arthur Segal mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit „Selbstporträt“. beobachtet, die im Juni 2021 für EUR 375.000,00 versteigert wurde.
