Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Slip Cast Slab Arrangement) by Anthony Pearson was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Sothebys in London in October 2013. The price achieved of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,819.92) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Anthony Pearson have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2014 the work Untitled (Plaster Positive) was auctioned for USD 22,500.00 (€ 16,495.60).
