Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2016 Phillips in London held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Untitled (Chisel Arrangement) AP-2424 by Anthony Pearson. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 7,250.00 (€ 8,702.37). Other works by Anthony Pearson have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 22,500.00 (€ 16,495.60) in May 2014 for the work Untitled (Plaster Positive).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2016 führte Phillips in London die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Chisel Arrangement) AP-2424 von Anthony Pearson zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 7.250,00 (€ 8.702,37) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Anthony Pearson haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 22.500,00 (€ 16.495,60) im Mai 2014 für die Arbeit Untitled (Plaster Positive) beobachtet.
