Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 819.000,00 (€ 742.587,72) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alma Thomas auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Fantastic Sunset im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 3.922.000,00 (€ 3.681.246,48).
