In the Contemporary Curated featuring works from “In Its Own Light: Property from the Collection of Ed Cohen and Victoria Shaw” auction, the work Solstice Vii sold for USD 40,000.00 (€ 37,390.17) - well above the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00. This high result makes Solstice Vii the most expensive artwork by Alexander Liberman that we have observed at auctions so far.
