Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work Paper Bride by Zeng Chuanxing was worth GBP 150,000.00 (€ 222,592.46) to a buyer in June 2007. This price was achieved in the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art (Day Sale) at Christies in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 40,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zeng Chuanxing - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Paper Bride - Prayer, which sold at auction in May 2007 for HKD 5,024,000.00 (€ 478,387.27).

Die Arbeit Paper Bride von Zeng Chuanxing war einem Käufer im Juni 2007 GBP 150.000,00 (€ 222.592,46) wert.
