Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Zeng Chuanxing achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2019. In the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction, the work Woman Portrait(Painted In 2004) sold for HKD 141,600.00 (€ 16,184.67) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zeng Chuanxing achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Paper Bride - Prayer in May 2007 with an auction result of HKD 5,024,000.00 (€ 478,387.27).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Zeng Chuanxing erzielte im Oktober 2019 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Woman Portrait(Painted In 2004) für HKD 141.600,00 (€ 16.184,67) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zeng Chuanxing erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Paper Bride - Prayer im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.024.000,00 (€ 478.387,27).
