Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work VB43.037.ali. by Vanessa Beecroft was auctioned at VAN HAM in June this year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 7,260.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vanessa Beecroft achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vb 48, Palazzo Ducale, Genoa in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 120,000.00 (€ 89,199.44).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit VB43.037.ali. von Vanessa Beecroft kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei VAN HAM zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 7.260,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vanessa Beecroft erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Vb 48, Palazzo Ducale, Genoa im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 120.000,00 (€ 89.199,44).
