In the 20th Century & Contemporary Art: Online Auction auction, the work VB43.068.ali (Panoramic) sold for USD 17,780.00 (€ 16,353.94) - well above the upper estimate of USD 9,000.00. Admittedly, works by Vanessa Beecroft have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Vb 48, Palazzo Ducale, Genoa in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 120,000.00 (€ 89,199.44).
