Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November last year VAN HAM held the auction Modern, Post War & Contemporary, which included the work "Kiss Kiss (Self-Portrait)". by Tom Blackwell. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 7,260.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tom Blackwell achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Exiting Celine. Monaco" in December 2020 with an auction result of EUR 193,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November letzten Jahres führte VAN HAM die Auktion Modern, Post War & Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Kiss Kiss (Self-Portrait)". von Tom Blackwell zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 7.260,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tom Blackwell erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Exiting Celine. Monaco" im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 193.500,00.
