Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Saks with Carriages. by Tom Blackwell was sold in the Discoveries | ONLINE ONLY auction at VAN HAM in January this year. The price achieved of EUR 1,056.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tom Blackwell achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Exiting Celine. Monaco" in December 2020 with an auction result of EUR 193,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Saks with Carriages. von Tom Blackwell wurde im Januar diesen Jahres in der Auktion Discoveries | ONLINE ONLY bei VAN HAM versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.056,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tom Blackwell erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Exiting Celine. Monaco" im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 193.500,00.
