Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled, (L-18) by Thomas Nozkowski was auctioned at Phillips in New York in March last year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 5,670.00 (€ 5,111.33). Admittedly, works by Thomas Nozkowski have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (8-64) in May this year with an auction result of USD 48,260.00 (€ 45,297.54).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled, (L-18) von Thomas Nozkowski kam im März letzten Jahres bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 5.670,00 (€ 5.111,33) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Thomas Nozkowski auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (8-64) im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 48.260,00 (€ 45.297,54).
