Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Q-67) by Thomas Nozkowski was auctioned at Christies in New York in December last year. The price achieved of USD 6,300.00 (€ 5,888.95) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Thomas Nozkowski have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (8-64) in May this year with an auction result of USD 48,260.00 (€ 45,297.54).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Q-67) von Thomas Nozkowski kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 6.300,00 (€ 5.888,95) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Thomas Nozkowski auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (8-64) im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 48.260,00 (€ 45.297,54).
