Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2007 Phillips in New York held the auction Saturday@Phillips, which included the work Courtney Guilty by Stella Vine. It changed hands for a price of USD 3,430.00 (€ 2,536.98) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Stella Vine have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Superman in October 2008 with an auction result of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 15,933.02).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2007 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Saturday@Phillips durch, in der auch die Arbeit Courtney Guilty von Stella Vine zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 3.430,00 (€ 2.536,98) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.500,00 – 3.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Stella Vine auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Superman im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 15.933,02).
