Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Great Bear by Simon Patterson was sold in the Prints and Multiples auction at Bonhams in London in September 2021. The price achieved of GBP 11,475.00 (€ 13,351.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Simon Patterson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Great Bear in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 38,400.00 (€ 56,983.67).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Great Bear von Simon Patterson wurde im September 2021 in der Auktion Prints and Multiples bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 11.475,00 (€ 13.351,32) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden.
