Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In February 2016 Phillips in New York held the auction New Now Day Sale, which included the work Puppy Painting (Pomegranate) by Sebastian Black. Here, the upper estimate of USD 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 18,750.00 (€ 17,252.48). Other works by Sebastian Black have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 30,000.00 (€ 27,287.61) in May 2015 for the work Chess Sickness.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar 2016 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion New Now Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Puppy Painting (Pomegranate) von Sebastian Black zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 18.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 18.750,00 (€ 17.252,48) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Sebastian Black haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 30.000,00 (€ 27.287,61) im Mai 2015 für die Arbeit Chess Sickness beobachtet.
