It achieved a price of USD 8,750.00 (€ 8,023.84), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 46%. Admittedly, works by Robert Moskowitz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in March 2020 with an auction result of USD 47,500.00 (€ 43,068.27).

Die Arbeit Skyscraper von Robert Moskowitz wurde im September 2019 in der Auktion Contemporary Curated bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 8.750,00 (€ 8.023,84) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 46%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Robert Moskowitz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 47.500,00 (€ 43.068,27).
