Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2016 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Robert Bechtle for USD 8,125.00 (€ 7,229.93). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Curated at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Bechtle achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work '64 Chrysler in November 2010 with an auction result of USD 458,500.00 (€ 351,718.32).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2016 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Robert Bechtle für USD 8.125,00 (€ 7.229,93) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Curated bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robert Bechtle erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit '64 Chrysler im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 458.500,00 (€ 351.718,32).
