signed, dated and numbered 4/10 in black ink on the reverse (there were no artist's proofs), with edition details also engraved on metal plaque affixed to the stretcher bar, published by Baron/Boisanté, New York, in very good condition, framed.

Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2008 Phillips in New York held the auction Modern and Contemporary Editions, which included the work Lost by Peter Nagy. The price achieved of USD 2,500.00 (€ 1,969.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by Peter Nagy have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2007 the work Reliquiario del tempo was auctioned for EUR 3,900.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2008 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Editions durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lost von Peter Nagy zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 2.500,00 (€ 1.969,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Peter Nagy konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2007 die Arbeit Reliquiario del tempo für EUR 3.900,00 versteigert.
