In the Contemporary Art Online | New York auction, the work Illustrations For Poems Of St. John Of The Cross: On The Immaculate Conception changed hands for USD 1,125.00 (€ 1,008.52) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Wonner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Still Life With Cup in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 324,000.00 (€ 240,838.47).
