Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Paul Rusconi was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Sothebys in New York in May 2017. The »bidding war« ended at USD 23,750.00 (€ 21,137.42), 19% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul Rusconi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled (Corey Duffel), which sold at auction in September 2011 for USD 71,500.00 (€ 53,163.80).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Paul Rusconi wurde im Mai 2017 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 23.750,00 (€ 21.137,42) und damit 19% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Paul Rusconi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled (Corey Duffel) beobachtet, die im September 2011 für USD 71.500,00 (€ 53.163,80) versteigert wurde.
