Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

In November 2012 Sothebys in New York held the auction Contemporary Art Day Auction, which included the work Patrick Lee by Paul Rusconi. The »bidding war« ended at USD 17,500.00 (€ 13,451.19), 17% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul Rusconi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled (Corey Duffel), which sold at auction in September 2011 for USD 71,500.00 (€ 53,163.80).

Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen

Im November 2012 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Patrick Lee von Paul Rusconi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 17.500,00 (€ 13.451,19) und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Paul Rusconi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled (Corey Duffel) beobachtet, die im September 2011 für USD 71.500,00 (€ 53.163,80) versteigert wurde.
