In November 2017 Sothebys in New York held the auction Contemporary Art Day Auction, which included the work Punto De Encuentro by Mercedes Pardo. The »bidding war« ended at USD 50,000.00 (€ 42,023.87), 25% above the upper estimate. Other works by Mercedes Pardo have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 88,200.00 (€ 78,143.00) in November 2021 for the work Un pequeño sobresalto.

Im November 2017 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Punto De Encuentro von Mercedes Pardo zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 42.023,87) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
