Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Raw by Matteo Pugliese was sold in the Contemporary Curated auction at Sothebys in London in April 2017. The price achieved of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 17,812.76) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Matteo Pugliese have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Samurai in April 2021 with an auction result of HKD 1,638,000.00 (€ 175,373.57).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Raw von Matteo Pugliese wurde im April 2017 in der Auktion Contemporary Curated bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 17.812,76) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Matteo Pugliese auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Samurai im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.638.000,00 (€ 175.373,57).
