Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lo Scatto by Matteo Pugliese was sold in the Contemporary Art Online auction at Sothebys in London in May 2021. The price achieved of GBP 12,600.00 (€ 14,660.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Matteo Pugliese achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Samurai in April 2021 with an auction result of HKD 1,638,000.00 (€ 175,373.57).
