Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dragonfly by Matteo Pugliese was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Sothebys in London in October 2020. The price achieved of GBP 35,280.00 (€ 39,175.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Admittedly, works by Matteo Pugliese have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Samurai in April 2021 with an auction result of HKD 1,638,000.00 (€ 175,373.57).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Dragonfly von Matteo Pugliese wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 35.280,00 (€ 39.175,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Matteo Pugliese auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Samurai im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.638.000,00 (€ 175.373,57).
