This work without title by Marisol Escobar was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in July 2020. It achieved a price of USD 12,500.00 (€ 10,616.61), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marisol Escobar achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Andy in May 2012 with an auction result of USD 794,500.00 (€ 642,591.39).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Marisol Escobar kam im Juli 2020 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 10.616,61) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marisol Escobar erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Andy im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 794.500,00 (€ 642.591,39).
