Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Portrait Of B.B. Triangle (White) by Makoto Saito was sold in the Contemporary Curated auction at Sothebys in New York in March 2018. Here, the upper estimate of USD 220,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 237,500.00 (€ 192,775.97). Other works by Makoto Saito have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 3,200,000.00 (€ 376,573.62) in October 2016 for the work Snow B.B. (No. 20130301).

Die Arbeit Portrait Of B.B. Triangle (White) von Makoto Saito wurde im März 2018 in der Auktion Contemporary Curated bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 220.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 237.500,00 (€ 192.775,97) einen neuen Besitzer.
