Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2019 Phillips in London held the auction New Now, which included the work Portrait (History) by Kon Trubkovich. The price achieved of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,270.56) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Kon Trubkovich have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Out of the black and into the white in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 56,250.00 (€ 47,276.85).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2019 führte Phillips in London die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait (History) von Kon Trubkovich zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.270,56) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kon Trubkovich auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Out of the black and into the white im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 56.250,00 (€ 47.276,85).
