Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Kon Trubkovich was sold in the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, Afternoon Session auction at Phillips in New York in November 2018. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 35,000.00 (€ 30,910.54) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Kon Trubkovich have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2017 the work Out of the black and into the white was auctioned for USD 56,250.00 (€ 47,276.85).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Kon Trubkovich wurde im November 2018 in der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, Afternoon Session bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 35.000,00 (€ 30.910,54) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Kon Trubkovich konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2017 die Arbeit Out of the black and into the white für USD 56.250,00 (€ 47.276,85) versteigert.
