Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled, 2015 by Kon Trubkovich for USD 14,000.00 (€ 11,363.64). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art Online at Sothebys in Online and was even below the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Kon Trubkovich have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Out of the black and into the white in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 56,250.00 (€ 47,276.85).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Untitled, 2015 von Kon Trubkovich für USD 14.000,00 (€ 11.363,64) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art Online bei Sothebys in Online erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kon Trubkovich auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Out of the black and into the white im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 56.250,00 (€ 47.276,85).
