Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Ingrid by Julião Sarmento was auctioned at Phillips in London in June this year. It achieved a price of GBP 40,640.00 (€ 47,297.96), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 16%. Other works by Julião Sarmento have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 50,190.00 (€ 74,936.04) in February 2004 for the work Emma 4.

Die Arbeit Ingrid von Julião Sarmento kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 40.640,00 (€ 47.297,96) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 16%. Andere Arbeiten von Julião Sarmento haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 50.190,00 (€ 74.936,04) im Februar 2004 für die Arbeit Emma 4 beobachtet.
