The work Imminent Circuit by José Damasceno was auctioned at Phillips in New York in November 2009. It achieved a price of USD 28,750.00 (€ 19,174.34), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 60%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by José Damasceno; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Eraser Sculpture sold at auction in September 2017 with the realized price of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,199.10).

Die Arbeit Imminent Circuit von José Damasceno kam im November 2009 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 28.750,00 (€ 19.174,34) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 60%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von José Damasceno; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Eraser Sculpture im September 2017 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.199,10).
